TRIPLA – Automatic milling machine

This automatic water slot router TRIPLA MAX for PVC profiles machine features includes 4 milling heads with pneumatic feed and traversing on recirculating ball bearings which can be selected independently.
The milling heads are provided with preset adjustments through 6 stops on the stroke and 6 stops for head positioning.
Tilting of the milling heads is adjustable with angular references. Milling is performed by 4 high-frequency 0,55 kW motors; adjustable pneumatic vices to ensure clamping of the profile, even large sized ones.
